Terms of Use for Online Shop

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided on this website by MYU MEDICA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). All registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service. Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
Users shall manage their user ID and password at their own responsibility and shall not transfer, lend, or share them with any third party. If a login is made with a matching user ID and password combination, it will be regarded as use by the registered User. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)
A sales contract shall be deemed concluded when the User applies to purchase a product and the Company notifies its acceptance. Ownership of the product shall transfer to the User when the Company hands the product over to the shipping carrier. The Company may cancel the contract without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If the User violates these Terms

• If delivery is not possible due to unknown address or prolonged absence

• If the relationship of trust between the User and the Company is deemed to have been damaged

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to product images, content, and other materials included in the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reposting, modifying, or reusing any such content without permission.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
